To secure and insure that all university facilities are working smoothly and nothing will stop staff, teachers and students from there duties due to unexpected failure at any facility of the university at any time.

Additionally, the department ensures a clean, safe environment and identifies, controls, and coordinates resources (labor, spare parts, materials, tools) needed for maintenance tasks.
